MetaBAT2

MetaBAT2 is a tool for metagenome binning.  

**Note:** This software only works on Linux. It did not work on WSL or Mac for me.

Installation
------------

There are multiple ways to install MetaBAT2. The easiest way is using **conda**.

1. Conda (Linux or Mac):

   .. code-block:: bash

      conda install bioconda/label/cf201901::metabat2
