PhyloPhlAn3 Installation
=========================

PhyloPhlAn3 is a computational pipeline for reconstructing highly accurate microbial phylogenies and performing strain-level microbial analyses.

A) Install via Conda

.. code-block:: bash

   conda install -c bioconda phylophlan

- If prompted, select `y` to proceed.  
- Test the installation:

.. code-block:: bash

   phylophlan --help
