PhyloPhlAn3 is a computational pipeline for reconstructing highly accurate microbial phylogenies and performing strain-level microbial analyses.

1. Install via Conda

conda install -c bioconda phylophlan

• If prompted, select y to proceed.

• Test the installation:

phylophlan --help
